Converting ‘aged’ photos to color.

If interested  in having me do this for you please contact me through this website. There is a tremendous amount of work that I do that you will cherish for a lifetime. Below are just a few examples of what I have completed, many eventually turning into a painting.

My process is to scan the original aged photo and then got through a process that can include up to 40 steps ( as this one did) in Photoshop then into Painter software. The attention to detail and matching colors of clothing from that era all takes time. You will be involved in helping me match eye color and skin tones  during the process. Before printing I will ask you to approve the final.

Below are a few that moved the process into a painting.

Below are the four Tops. The Four Tops – Abdul (Duke) Fakir (left), Lawrence Payton. Bottom: Levi Stubbs (left) & Renaldo (Obie) Benson. Handout photo circa 1967.
